WHAT IS YOUR GUARANTEED DELIVERY PROMISE?
Any purchase made from will arrive within 6 business days following the date of your completed payment. If the tracking service provided with your order shows as not delivered 6 business days following your paid order date, the entire order including shipping costs will be refunded immediately upon notification. Please note: we guarantee the delivery of your order based on the delivery confirmation provided by the tracking service. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You will always receive your order within the guaranteed delivery promise of 6 business days following date your payment has cleared. Orders are shipped daily ( Mon - Fri ) but depending on the day and time the order was placed, the shipment may be delayed to the following business day.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Due to the nature of our products and the efforts that go into shipping our products internationaly, we cannot accept returns. As a retail distributor, we stand by the quality and reputation of the products we sell but we do not manufacture them. If you are unsatisfied with a specific brand of popper, we encourage you to contact the manufacturer or master distributor at the website listed on the physical product. Orders that arrive damaged during shipping will be replaced free of charge, provided we are notified within 24hours or delivery confirmation and proper evidence is provided. *See "What if there is an issure with my order?"

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We will try our best to accommodate cancellation requests before your order is shipped. If you decide to cancel your order, please call us right away at 1 800 316 6330. Once a tracking number is provided, we cannot accept order cancellations.
WHAT IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER?
If there is an issue with the quality or delivery of your order, please contact us right away! If any part of your order arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it free of charge, provided we are notified within 24 hours of delivery. Photos of the packaging and damaged products must be submitted along with your replacement request. Refund requests for orders that are not received within the guaranteed delivery promise of 6 business days do not require 24 hour notice.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?
We work very hard to ensure every customer has a great buying experience with us, however, we have NO control are NOT responsible for orders that are lost or stolen after they are processed by the postal service. If the tracking number associated with an order indicates the order has been delivered, but is not able to be located, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the postal service and obtain a claim number. Once the outcome of the claim has been determined by the postal service, we must be provided with all related correspondence to file an insurance claim. After the insurance claim is filed, a replacement order will be issued. Any replacement orders and all future orders will require signature confirmation. There are NO exceptions to this policy.
REPLACEMENT ORDERS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL A CASE NUMBER IS OBTAINED FROM THE POSTAL SERVICE.
